Nessus vulnerability CVE-2008-5407 and CVE-2008-5408 found on BE client 12.5 SP3

I found Hotfix 314380 that should address this vulnerability but have not applied it directly.
The media server has been updated to SP3 and the client has been pushed down to the server with the vulnerability.
The client has been uninstalled and re-installed but the vulnerability is still reported.
A re-boot was not requested during the installs, and this is a high use production server that we can't re-boot unless absolutly necessary.

Any thoughts?

Until you reboot, the DLL's that were replaced wont get initialized and installed.

Do that, then run the scan again.

Reboot the server and push install the remote agents so that the remote servers will be updated.

A REBOOT IS REQUIRED...

A reboot it is then :)
But I would have expected the versions of the DLLs to change whether they were reloaded/reinitialized or not.

As I understand:
1  : Installed SP3 on the Backup Exec server and rebooted.
2  : Push installed the remote agents

We do not require the remote agents to reboot after pushing out.
