Netware & unix/linux machines from backupExec for windows

Hi,

Using Backup Exec 9.1 for windows can I do IDR for Netware & unix/linux machines?

No you can't for both.

You can however now do IDR with Netware with BE 10.

I have another clarification , which one of the below you mean:

1- If I have BE 10.0 for windows I can do IDR Netware mahcines.

2-If I have BE 10.0 for Netware I can do IDR for Netware Machines.

I have checked the doc on BE 10.0 there are nothing about Netware IDR I believe it is not supported.

You comment one this matter please.

Hello,

If you have BE 10.0 for Windows and remote agent for Netware, you can do IDR for the Netware machines. For further information, refer to the following pages in the administrator's guide: 931-987.You can download the manual from the following link:
