Not backing up Exchange

Hello,
I recently set up our Exchange server with BEWS 10 & the Exchange Agent. We'd like to run full backups each night. I selected what data I wanted to backup, but when the backups run, all that is backed up is the System State. It shows that the job completed 100%, but no data files were backed up.

Can someone lend a hand?

Create a separate job for Exchange and verify. What is the Exchange ver that you are using? Have you istalled the Exchange license key on the media server?
Are you using AOFO with Exchange?

We are using Exchange 2000

The license key for the Exchange Agent has been installed on the media server.

We are not using AOFO on the Exchange Server.
