Not exactly a BE issue...

Our BE is failing on a 2008 R2 64Bit server.  On closer inspection when we run vssadmin list providers nothing is listed.

I have googled the heck out of this and run various DLL reregistrations and regedits but nothing seems to help.  Its like VSS needs to be reinstalled or something, has anyone seen this? can anyone help?

Search in this forum for "vssadmin," (Narrow search to this section specifically) and you'll find a number of other threads that talkk about VSS issues, and the resolution for them.  In there, you'll more than likely findd the commands to run, or solutions they used for a fix.
