PST files not backing up.

I'm running Backup Exec 10 on WIN 2003.  Our Primary Domain controller runs our backups and stores our users home drives.  In the selection list I can see that all PST are selected to backup that are in the users home drives, but after a job runs none of the PST files are available for restoring.  Also if I setup a new job to only backup the PST files the job ends immediatly and does not backup the files. 
Any suggestions?

If PSTs are opened by users at the time of being backed up, they will be skipped. The backupexec still reports a successful backup though. Make sure user are logged out of their machines or at least exit out of outlook. You may also need Advanced Open File option installed.

No errors in the logs or event viewers.  Without actually checking a restore you would never know that the files weren't backing up.  The backups take place at night and most if not all PST would be closed.  We are talking approx. 50 pst files being skipped.  On 2 other servers we do not have this problem.
