Please insert over writable media???

Hi guys
I have a dell 136t tape library. I put 60 lto3 tapes in the other day. They all went into the scratch set in veritas. This morning I'm getting an error message asking me to insert over writable media. I went to the media tab and clearly there is still a ton of room on the tapes. They are all set to infinate append and no overwrite. I don't understand why I'm being asked to insert over writable media, can anyone assist? thanks.

BTW the scratch set is empty, everything is in media set 1

When you mounted the tapes, did you label them? Did you place them in the production media set after labeling them?

Please let us know what options you have selected in Tools>Options>Media management

What is the Overwrite protection period and the Append period of the media set?
