Printing job logs

I recently upgraded Backup Exec v9.1 to v10.0. Since the upgrade, my job logs do not print. I have notifications set up to use a network printer and have that notification checked for use with the backup but no reports come out. All worked well under v9.1. Am I missing something here?

Please ensure that the Backup Exec service account has sufficient rights on the printer for printing. Please try manually printing the job log.

I have the same issue on two clients I upgraded from version 9.1 to version 10. Both were printing the backup log after the job completed. On one client I have applied SP1 for version 10 but it did not help. Even the test print from the notification window does not send a print, it says it 's queued a test message but nothing comes out.
