Problem in Backup of VMWare ESX

Hello,
I m trying to backup VMWare ESX vSphere 4.0 Licensed version using Backup Exec 12.5 for Windows Server.
I have installed VCB on my media server.
I have attached the backup configuration snapshots which will help you in understanding the possible cause of the problem.

I encounter E000954C while attempting the backup job. 
Please see the figures attached and suggest any possible solution.

What version of VCB do you have installed on the media server?

Does your backup-server/vcbserver has access to the LUN's of vmware ?

the version of VCB is VMware Consolidated Backup 1.5 Update 2
