Problem to catalog LTO drive

Dear Symantec,
We are facing the problem on catalog and restore data in LTO drive via Symantec Backup Exec for Windows.
our product details are below in the mail. 
 

Pl Acknowledge same ASAP.

You haven't mentioned what problem you are facing with the catalog and restore job.

Post more details about the issue.

With the information that you have provided, there is no way anybody can help you. You need to provide things like your error messages, what version of BE you are using, etc
