Problem with Serial Number

Hello,

i have download the Veritas Backup Exec V10.0 Build 5220

I have purchases before 14 Days an NEW Version Build 5484 but this version is incompatible with my LTO streamer so i need the veritas device drivers!

After Download Build 5220 want to install but the seriel numer for Build 5484 does not work?

It is impossible to purchase an new software wihtin 14 days!!!
Isn't this upgrade for free???
Other Drivers for my streamer are not available!
