Greetings,

I am using Backup Exec 9.1 REV 4691 for SBS 2003.

My full backups fail every friday night.

Database or database element is corrupt
WARNING: "E:\CompanyName\Accounting\QB\CompanyName.QBW" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

We use QuickBooks everyday and it most certainly is NOT corrupt!
Any ideas how to successfully back it up and make the rror message go away?

Hello,
Backup exec reports a file to be corrupt if it was not able to access the file for backup while it was in use. this may occur due to the file being in use as in accessed by another application. Please stop the antivirus and ensure that no user is accessing the file during backup.

Thank you,

I will attempt to see if that was the problem.
