Hi,

No, Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 and BackupExec 10 are NOT compatible if you have BE10 agents installed on Microsoft cluster. All BE10 communications with agents will lost after installing W2K3 SP1 on clustered servers.

I have testes BE instaled in a Windows 2000 Server, with a lot of Remote Agents instaled in another servers. Remote Agents just worked in the servers with Windows 2000, the servers with Windows 2003 did not work well. They always faill with a "Snapshot provider error (0xE0008500): The Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) is not installed on the target computer. You must install this option, restart the computer, and then run the job again" error message.
