RALUS debug: "LogonUser: password is NULL for user"

I've been vainly trying to get ralus working, and I've finally reached a point where the beremote debug log emits a log entry when the media server tries to connect to it. Here is the whole debuglog:

I've searched all around but could not find any mention anywhere of this log entry.

My ralus.cfg is:

The dns name is listed in /etc/hosts
Ports 10000 and 6101 are open and not firewalled

Hello,

Have you installed the Ralus license? What is the version of the linux OS. From the technote given below please check if it is supported.
