We have loaded RALUS V10 R5520 on a Red Hat Advanced Server V3 update 3 machine. It seemed to install OK and we configured it as per the instructions. However our BEWS V10 cannot connect to the Linux machine and an error appears in the logs every time we reboot Linux - "Starting VRTSralus.init: failed". As Linux is starting we see "IA32 syscall #258 issued maybe we should implement it" and "IA32 syscall #252 issued, maybe we should implement it" on the console. It seems as though the agent is not loading on boot up but our installation was standard so we can't understand why there are problems now - any ideas?
