With all the googling i've done I have not found a reliable, or practical fix to the eject issue. Until now
Believe it or not - this is on the knowledge base of TandbergData's website.
I've had eject issues with many sites our company manages - this solution has resolved the issue every time - and the kicker is - the solution is a batch file already on your computer if the RDX software has been installed..
