Remote Agent Problem

I'm having a problem with 3 new Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise servers not communicating properly with my BackupEXEX media server. The media server is running BackupEXEC 2010 R3 with all current updates. I pushed the Windows remote agent from the media server without any problems. I verified on each of the remote servers that the BackupEXEC remote agent is running and publishing to the correct media server. The problem is, I do not see the 3 servers in "Windows Systems" under "Favorite Resources" in the selection list. All my other servers are there though. I do see them when I browse the domain but it doesn't show the the servers running the remote agent. I've tried removing and reintalling the remote agent but no luck. I even tried removing the antivirus. These are brand new servers with no other applications running except for Symantec BackupEXEC remote agent for Windows and Symantec Endpoint Protection client. Operating system is Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with SP1 and all current OS updates. Firewalls are all off. I opened a support case with Symantec Support but they could not help me and were quick to get me off the phone. Please help.
