Remote Client manual Install fails.

Manual install of remote client ( per instructions in document #273605) fails with application error "memory cannot be read".

Event log: Faulting Application Setup.exe version 10.1.5629.0, Faulting Module Setup.exe Version 10.1.5629.0, Fault address 0x000190c4.

I am unable to push the client from the media server and cannot manually install the client. This is a Windows 2003 Server SP1. Any Ideas?

The technote that you have mentioned http://support.veritas.com/docs/273605, refers to the procedure to uninstall remote agent.

Try a silent install as per the steps in the technote below:
