Rerun job from ExecView

Is it possible to reun failed/canceled jobs from ExecView? The Run Job option is grayed out on all but Scheduled jobs. Is this by design or is it the result of some other settings or options. Mine is a CASO environment.

Hello,

From Exec view you can just manage jobs, hence the option is grayed out.

I'm not sure I understand. The Run Job options is not grayed out on all jobs. I can run jobs with a Job Class of Scheduled. But then those will eventually run by themselves. The jobs my operators most often need to manage are the ones that fail, and for those the option is grayed out. That seems backwards to me - or am I missing something?

Hello,


Through the ExecView Console, you can:
◆ Monitor active, scheduled, and completed jobs on media servers.
◆ Pause and resume media servers and devices.
◆ Cancel jobs.
◆ Start scheduled jobs (on Windows media servers only).
