Restore Exchange 2000 from BE 9 take more than 18 hours ???

I am trying to restore Exchange 2000 Information Store previously backed up with BE 9 a couple years ago.

Current BE version: 10.1(d).
The restore has been running for more than 18 hours, (IS size is around 40 gig). The restore server's CPU is always at around 99% (consumed by BeRemote.exe)

The file restore.evn was created but only 0 bytes.
What is the problem????? There is no error whatsoever and the restore job is still running.

After re-inventory and re-catalog all the tapes, it works now.

I did not catalog one of the tape and that was the problem. I wish BE could have alerted an error when it can't locate the file.
