Restore from incremental backup

Hello!
I have backup exec 2010 R2.
I have backup job for Exchange Server 2007: once a week full backup and 5 
times a week incremental backup. Was necessary to restore a single mailbox. 
When i restoring from full backup - restore is ok, but when i restoring from 
incremental backup i can't select mailbox, because there is error: "Cannot 
logon to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials 
for the job, and then run job again".
I'm restoring mailbox from dublicate backup from backup folder.

From Admin guide:

If you duplicate Information Store backup sets to tape, and then back to disk,specify the same volume for the full and the incremental backups. The backup sets must be on the same volume to restore individual items from the incremental backup.

When I dublicate backup sets from tape to folder I selected one full backup and one incremental backup. After dublicate i have two folder with logs, and folder with full backup have mailbox database. Need to manually collect all the logs into one folder?

No need to move to one folder. Onto a single volume is fair enough to do the restore. Have you checked the TN mentioned in my earlier post?

IMG folder with incremental backup have not VDB folder :((

I am not very sure but running a catalog operation on that IMG folder may fix the issue... You can try it..
