Restoring ot a Specific Folder on a Second Drive

Hi All

Sorry if I sound like a newbie regarding the Symantec Backup. I have never used the Symantec backup exec suite before. I would like ot know how to restore and server backuped up image to a specified folder on a secondary drive or partition as a test to see if the backup worked 110%? Can anyone help me with that? It would be greatly appreciated.

When you create your restore job, use the File Redirection setion of the job property to re-direct the file to whatever folder that you want.
