I'm pretty sure that must be a wrong setting. Since I set up that the user gets a notification to remove the tape, i don't receive the success notification.
On the notification setup I set up 2 notification within 240 minutes and reset after 240 minutes.

================================================ As an additional information. Most of the external SMTP servers don't allow smtp mail relaying without proper authentication. We suggest you to check the external smtp servers using telnet command. Refer to the following technote for further information.
