SQL Server not available ?

Hi all I can't seem to find the SQL Server to backup from

I'm going to remote selections then chosing my sql server and i dont find any SQL server to backup even after entering a license key
before I was able to do SQL backups but all of a sudden the SQL server is not available to backup

my version 9.1 4691null

You might check the Windows eventlog for errors or check if the SQL BE agent is still installed.

Hello,

Could you please update us on the issue?

Please ensure that the remote agent service is running under Lokal System account on media server as well as the remote SQL server.

Also enable the restrict anonymous support on both the machines with the help of the following dokument:

Restart all the backup exec services on both the servers after having made the changes.
