SQL database not backed up

one of 13 databases is not backed up.
the consistency check is ok:

Consistency Check Physical Only.
Consistency check was completed.
Consistency checking INVEST
Consistency Check Physical Only.
Consistency check was completed.
Consistency checking FiAdV8_Root
Consistency Check Physical Only.
Consistency check was completed.

The error:
Database INVEST was not found, or could not be accessed.
The item SERVER5\INVEST in use - skipped.

We have Adv Open File and SQL Server Agent

HKLM\Software\VERITAS\Backup Exec\Engine\NTFS\Restrict Anonymous Support is 0 set to 1

-- Set the value of the "Named pipe" in resgistry as

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/VERITAS/Backup Exec/Engine/SQL Server/Force Named Pipe Backup/Restore
Change the value to 1 in the DWORD Editor window
