SSL Certificate Settings deleted for Port : 0.0.0.0:50106

We are getting the following event log alerts every day at 1:30pm on our backup server:

ServerName

System

15301

Microsoft-Windows-HttpEvent

31/07/2013 1:30:01 PM

@{Message=SSL Certificate Settings created by an admin process for Port : 0.0.0.0:50106 .}

ServerName

System

15300

Microsoft-Windows-HttpEvent

31/07/2013 1:30:01 PM

@{Message=SSL Certificate Settings deleted for Port : 0.0.0.0:50106 .}

I can replicate the issue by simply restarting the BE services.

Our backups etc are fine and aren't running at this time of the day.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've already checked out the two BE links I could find via Google:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/ssl-certificate-settings-deleted-port-000050106

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/unable-start-management-service-after-upgrade-2012

However I don't wish to touch the loopback interface since I've read it's a security hole to change it.
