Selection list does show the contents

Selection list is loading and does not show anything. It happens in the Backup Exec Server, as well as for the remote server. Service Pack 4 has been already installed.

Can you explain what do you mean byt "selection list is loading and does not show anything" ?? a screenshot may help too.. 

Check to confirm all Backup Exec services show up as started.

All the Backup exec Services are running. While trying to edit the backup job, the selection list is loading for long time. Unable to edit any selection list.

Hello!

I'm not sure if this is the same problem i have: when i try to edit any selection list this lasts very long (often 15 minutes or more). It shows only "Loading" (in German "Ladevorgang") in this time. But then i get the selections and can edit it.

We use Backup Exec 2012 SP4, vSphere 5.5, Windows Server 2008 R2 with all windows updates
