Servers not showing up in the Remote Selections

I have the remote client installed on a Exchange 2003 server and on a Win2003 Standard edition.
I backup data from the Backupexec server, the Mail server and a data server.
Several months ago I setup a backup job that included these servers.
I want to change the selections on these servers, but when I go to view the remote selections, all I see in the list are Backup Exec server and a server that DOES NOT have the remote client installed.
I can manually add directories from the servers and back them up with no issue.
I have installed SP4 for BackupExec 9.1.

Any ideas???

Shameless bump on this. I really need a solution. Guess I will have to call support to get one.

Hello,

Check whether the remote agent service is running under LSA on remote server as well as on the media server.

From the site www.sysinternals.com please download TCP view 2.4 and check if port 10,000 is open.

Also create userdefined selections and check if you can select the server.
