We are currently using Backup EXec for Windows 10d and have just purchased agent for Microsoft Sharepoint.
The only way we could do this was to buy the version for 12.5 and were told by our reseller that it would be backwards compatible.
We've recieved the licencing details and serial numbers and have tried to add the licence key into our version of Backup Exec but it's telling us that it is an invalid licence key. Could this be because of the version conflict? If so how would we go about adding the licence into version 10d?
