We install the Remote Agent on PCs to back them up (we are not using the Desktop Laptop Option, just regular backing up). I don't understand what the purpose is of startingthe agent when the user logs on to Windows and whether that is necessary or not. I looked in the administrator manual and the KB but found no information that could answer this question.
