Silent Upgrade of DLO 10d to 11d in Windows Vista

We have a couple hundred DLO 10d agents running under Windows Vista that need to be upgraded to 11d.  We upgraded the Backup Exec Media/DLO server to 11d last week and have been unable to successfully silently upgrade the agents to 11d following Document ID 287769.
 
Has anyone been able to successfully silently upgrade 10d agents to 11d agents under Windows Vista?  Any and all information is much appreciated :)

Hi Kelly,
 
First of all, DLO 10d did not supported Windows Vista.  If you are trying to upgrade them and having problems, there could be a lot of things that are causing the issue.  It will be easier for us to troubleshoot if you open a case with Tech Support.

Thank you Sandra, I'll give support a ring later this week.  I can only imagine the number of calls coming in because of UAC when trying to install DLO :)
