Hi
See this seems to be different solution but has worked for me when I tried this
I had seen one issue in past which was in turkish so see if same is applicable to you like your computer is in native language try this workaround
1. Uninstall BE 2010 and reboot
2. Change locale from Turkish to English US (including the System Locale). You will be prompted by the OS to reboot for the change to take effect
3. Once rebooted, re-install BE 2010 and reboot it once more
4. Start BE2010 to make sure it is working
5. Quit BE and change locale back to Turkish. You will be prompted by the OS to reboot for the change to take effect
6. Restart BE2010 to make sure it is still working under the Turkish locale.
Thank You

Eventid 57802
The Backup Exec Server Service did not start. An internal error (137) occurred in object -1.
I tried TECH125320 but actually there is no DataPartitionGUID key already.(But there is a key named DataPartitionID REG_DWORD value 0xffffffff )

Hi there,
Couple of things you can check up on.
1. Open up BEutility.exe and run a DB repair. This is non-intrusive on the DB, but will restart the services.
2. Make sure that your services are starting up correctly. Through BEutility, change the logon credentials (using the same username/password), and let BEutility make the change. Once done, restart the services and see if they're starting up correctly.
Thanks!

Hi There,
As you said that BE was installed but the services are not running. Specially the Beserver service
Could you please go to task manager ---- processes --- make sure to select "show process from all users" & look for LUGetupdate.exe . If you see this process , kill it & then try to start the Beserver service
Regards
