Hi Guys
I am new site administrator for a company. We have a SNAP server with Unix on it. The problem is when we run Backup Exec 10d , it return error however for windows 2003 server and exchange it works fine. I am pretty new to this problem. If anyone can provide me any solutions for that. I am enclosing the error message
"The backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers is not installed on the remote computer or is not running, or is not the correct version"
I would appreciate if anyone could help me.
