We no longer use the tape drive for backups. The backups go to USB drives. Under the "Devices" tab it shows the tape drive is in use even when no job is running. Pausing / Disabling the tape drive makes no difference. It Will pause or disable without error, but when I re-enable it it goes back to the status of in use. I think this may be related to my 36 gig backups going from 2-3 hours to 20+ hours to complete. HELP!
