The VSS Writer failed

Windows Server 2003 and Veritas Backup Exec 10.0 for Windows.

differential backup failed with following message

Final error: 0x000fed1 - a failure occurred querying the Writer status, refer to the link V-79-57344-65233

Backup - Server
Writer Name: Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, writer ID (BE9AC81E-3619-421F-920F-4C6FEA9E93AD), Last error: The VSS Writer failed, but the operation can be retried.

Anyone has ideas to resolve this problem ??
