Unable To Update IDR diskettes

Hi,
I am using BE 9.1 on Windows Server 2003. I have been update IDR disketted regularly after each weekly full back up. Recently, after a server reboot, I can not update IDR using the Disater Recovery Wizzard. The choice function to "Update IDR Diskettes" is greyed out.
When I tried to created full set of bootable IDR diskette, I get error "IDR\Disk4\drctable "the data is invalid".
There must be some files corruption due to the server reboot.
Any body has an idea of how to fix this problem ?
