Backup Job Fails

Hi:

I heard somewhere that you could configure BackupExec to support a single media tape using a autoloading device to be used in the event that a job completely fills up the backup media set. For example, if my backup job always takes five tapes, can I supply a 6th tape that is never used unless the job over runs my planned 5 tape?

Hello,
When the backup job has outrun the tapes available in the targetted media set, it will search for either recyclable or scratch media depending on the settings in Tool>Options>media management.
