Update Fails

Hello. We have Backup Exec. For windows servers, Version 10.0, Rev 5484,Hot fix 29.I'm trying to update with SP4, Or SP1, Or HF 25, and it all ended with installation error. Attached is the log file:

The original problem for the update is that after a backup job complet the bengine.exe crashes.
