Upgrading from 10d to 11d

This is a question for those of you that have upgraded from 10d to 11d.

Must users using DLO on 10d have to reinstall the agent to make it work with 11d? Or does it continue to work without a glitch?

Does it keep all the existing profiles or must I create new ones?

Any major issues must I look out for when upgrading to 11d?

any help would be good.

The 10d agent will continue to work, but will let you know that you need to upgrade them to the 11d agent when possible.  Some of the new functionality will not be available until the agents are upgraded to the new agent.
