Using CPS in a Virtualized environment

Has anybody had any experience with this? We are going to move servers to a virtualized environment that have the CPA agent on them it should work the same but I wanted to ask. Thanks.

Well we have costumers that have file servers and exchange servers that have CPS installed on them running on a virtualized environment (VMware ESX). Till now we have no issue
