V-79-57344-65247 - A failure occurred reading an object error!

Hi, I am using BE 10d running on windows 2003 server, also backing up three other servers which are running Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, and I am getting this error message and job failed for each server, really struggling to find the problem and resolve it, hoping you guys can help.

This is an example of one of the servers error message


Backup- \\SERVER01\M: Directory WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\System.EnterpriseServices\2.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\ was not found, or could not be accessed.

None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.
Backup- \\SERVER01\Shadow?Copy?Components \\SERVER01\Shadow?Copy?ComponentsV-79-57344-65247 - A failure occurred reading an object.

Hi,

Refer the technote given below :

When backing up Shadow Copy Components on a Windows 2003 server, the error: "A failure occurred reading an object. Database or database element is corrupt" is generated.

-- Try backingup up ShadowCopyComponents of every server with local NTBACKUP Utility

-- Does Backup Exec Account has domain admin and full admin rights on each of the remote server ?
