I have a selection list to backup up local drives and system state for my cluster nodes. I get the following error after each server.
 
Backup- \\NODENAME\Shadow?Copy?Components  - VSS Writer File System
V-79-8192-65031 - Error. Cannot backup directory \Windows and its subdirectories.


Backup- \\NODENAME\System?State \\NODENAME\System?State
V-79-8192-65031 - Error. Cannot backup directory \Windows and its subdirectories.
 
Any ideas how to correct this?

Its so sad that no posts will be answered by Symantec. Other software companies like Microsoft does it better.

???...this call is 2 years old. No need to respond to it! You will probably find that there was nobody then that could help, and the Escalate To Support function didn't exist...
