Verify Duplication to Tape

I backup all my servers to local storage hard drives, then once a week I run duplication to tape. I have everything compressed and encrypted.  How do can I restore from a tape that was ran from duplication?  Also how can I verify the tape is correct after a couple days or a week later?  Maybe I need to change up my backup jobs to a better practice?  

Friday = Full backups ( each server hases it own job )

Saturday - Thursday - Increment jobs

Monday - Duplication from Full to tape

Insert the tape into the drive, inventory it & choose to restore....if you want to verify if the data is present or not, either open the restore selections or else choose to view the backup sets...

...you can also run the Verify job after the duplicate-to-tape completes.
