Vertias Backup 2010

I currently have the Backupexc 2010 installed on a new server, but the Backup Exec Agents for Windows is the older verstion 9.1 on the key servers that I backup, how do I removed this agaent and then install the agent for ver 2010. With the minumin of disruption.

You Need to uninstall it form Control Panel ---Add remove program --Select remove and after the removing it reboot the server . Then you can either push install the remote agent or perform the local install of the remote agent on that server

As Rahul suggested try to remove the agent from Add/Remove programs, if in case you are getting any error message then download

Windows cleanup utility from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 and remove the agent. Refer to http://support.veritas.com/docs/232443
