Virus File Update

Tried to update the virus files for Backup Exec 8.6 server edition,OFO on a Windows 2000 server after a new Isp,routers,phone line cut over but get this message:

"Unable to locate virus file at the specified FTP directory. Virus update canceled." (at 30%).

The backups don't appear to have any problems ,and we do have an internet connection.

Any Ideas ?

if you logon to the media server as the BEWS service acount, can you FTP to the address mentioned in the tech note?
