I am running Backup Exec 2014 on a server. I have an agent for Exchange 2007 server to back up the databases. I have noticed that the Backup Exec creates IMGnn folders on the C: and D: and F: drives of my Exchange server. I can delete some of them if they are older but the newer ones created in the past couple of days I cannot delete.
Question: How can I stop them from being created? How can I delete them?
Thanks much
Cathy Adams

Hi Cathy,
Check below and see if any of these relate to your issue:
www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH223760
I see you also logged this below:
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/img-folders-being-created-remote-backup-server
Still the same issue? If so, are you on the latest service pack for BE 2014, and have these been push-installed to your remote servers? If this is the case, then consider opening a support query with Symantec around this.
Thanks!
