When I try and run a backup it reboots my server

Whenever I perform a backup to tape, as soon as I click on "Run now" it reboots my server. I've also setup a folder for backup and that runs fine, it's specific to the tape backups. We have an ADIC Scalar 24 robotic library and all tests run fine on that. The server is using Veritas drivers for the ADIC. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am at a loss for ideas.

Thank you for submitting this support query. This might be an issue with storport driver. Please install the update from Microsoft on this issue. You may refer the technote given below:
