When i open Backup Exec 10d, appears a IDR Splash Screen

hello guys,

i would know if someone had the same problem of mine:

Everytime that i open the console of Backup Exec, the IDR splash screen open.
i tried to cancel, to config and stuff but ain�t work.

How could i solve it?

I guess that symantec have some employees to answer this question, or it must that agree that is more one bug.
