Where are the existing support packs and patches for 9.1

OK - I UNDERSTAND THAT THE 9.1 PRODUCT IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED BUT -
that doesn't mean that the existing patches and support packs should be made UNAVAILABLE TO  CUSTOMERS.  It should only mean that I can't expect any new items or call symantec and get help.
 
I apologize if there is a place to find them but I looked for an hour and found nothing!!!!
 
If there is no link then how do I call the president of symantec!!!!!!!!

They no longer show up in the searches, but the Tech Docs are still there

There used to  be a couple of additional HotFixes, but I can't find them anymore    TYou'll have to dig through the FTP download page for them

To locate Service Packs, Hotfixes etc for BE 9.1 one option is to go into the Veritas Backup Exec application, drop-down the "Tools" menu option and click on "VERITAS Update" from the drop-down list... this will take you to the Veritas Update webpage (Symantec). From the navigation links on the left-hand side of the page you should see "Overview", "List Available Updates", "List Installed Updates" and "Configure". You will be able to browse the updates you might be looking for there.

Go to the downloads page, filter for your version number and type of download
