I have been trying to find out when or if BE is going to provide a stand-alone backup solution like BE for Netware for Novell's OES. OES2 is to be released in a couple of weeks. When I call in support, the tech support says that is not a technical question, so they connect me with customer care service..who say they can not answer those types of questions and pass me on to the sales department which had no idea what OES2 meant. So how are we supposed to get answers?
