Windows agents for virtual machines

We have Backup Exec 2012 installed and we bought VM licenses to backup VMWare machines. I would like to know on how we can install Remote Agents for Windows on these VMs for GRT? Is there any option availabe in Backup Exec 2012 where we can install these agents just by selecting a VM?
